On your own?
Coming on your own, or are you a first timer? Limmud is famous for the friendliness of its participants and this year will be no exception. Our gorgeous new location means everyone is a first timer to some degree, so we will all need to help each other out. Bring your smile and your helpful spirit. What else will you bring?
Our "Stitch and Schmooze" lounge will provide a creative sanctuary and a relaxing social space. Bring your latest knitting project and discuss why the BBC is calling knitting "the new yoga" or the joys of purl stitches with fellow Limmudniks.
Alternatively bring a book for quiet reading or a fiery debate about all things literary with new friends in the lounge.
Our talking trees will offer informal eating and meeting places. Bring your lunch to these shady spots for an alfresco meal and lively discussions.
Friday night is at the heart of the Fest community. Come and eat with us, meet new people, discuss what you've learnt so far and learn the latest niggunim.
The bar is Fest's social hub. Come to our well stocked watering hole to cover the day's sessions or plan your evening activities with new faces.
Still unsure? Contact us to discuss how we can make this your best Fest yet.
