We don't make a profit on the event. Indeed, each place is subsidised by an average of £55.
You can help us keep Limmud Fest in balance financially by making a donation. You can add the your donation to your total payment when you book.

If you need to cancel, please do so in writing and send your letter to the Limmud office. Provided you cancel before Friday 14 August, we will refund your payment, less a cancellation fee of
- £30 - for cancellations before Friday 31 July
- £60 - for cancellations between Friday 31 July and Friday 14 August
After Friday 14 August, we regret that we can't refund your money, as we will have incurred expenditure related to your booking.
If you cancel your coach booking after Friday 31 July, we similarly won't be able to refund your outlay.
We recommend that you take out insurance for personal loss, medical expenses and cancellation.
Young Adult Development Scheme (YADs) (Read more)
YADs is Limmud's Young Adult Development scheme. Be a YAD for 5 DAYs and come to Fest for just £99. Just help us for 3 hours of your Fest day - that's all we ask!

Childcare assistance (Read more)
If you have experience of working with children – we’re offering you a reduced price in return for three hours' volunteering each day in the crèche or nursery or babysitting. Tick the YAD checkbox on the application form to apply.
Financial assistance (Read more)
We do our best to ensure that no-one is prevented from attending Limmud events because they can't afford to. That's Limmud policy. If you live in the UK, you can apply for a bursary - in strict confidence. Apply using the online booking form, or email the office for a paper form.
The deadline for applications for financial assistance is Friday 24 July and yours needs to be processed before your place can be confirmed.
