Limmudfest does not make a profit and each place is subsidised by an average of £55 per person. If you wish to add a donation to cover the full costs, please indicate this on your application form and add on your donation - eg add £55 to the total price. Any and all donations are very gratefully received.
Please book online here if you can - this saves a great deal of time for us and therefore keeps costs down. Alternatively, you can complete and send us the downloadable form.
We will confirm your place within three weeks and send you more information in early August.
All cancellations should be made in writing to Limmud and are subject to the following fees (per person):
After Friday 8 August, no refunds will be given. Any coach cancellations must be made before Friday 25 July.
Limmud recommends that participants take out insurance for personal loss, medical expenses and cancellation.
Nobody should be prevented from attending Limmud events for financial reasons. In addition to subsidies for every place, we are pleased to offer further financial assistance to those in the UK who can not pay the full fee themselves. Awards from our fund are based on an application form and a telephone call; all information received is treated confidentially and sensitively. The closing date for financial support applications is Monday 14 July. Financial assistance forms are available from Limmud on 020 8458 7965 or to download here.
If you are under 30 or in full time education, you can apply for a Young Adult Development (YAD) scheme place. This reduces your Fest fee to £95 in return for helping out for three hours a day during the event.
We're also looking for madrichim - leaders - for the Young Limmudfest programme. You'll run a programme for six hours a day, and in exchange we'll cover the entire cost of your place.
More information for YADs and madrichim, including how to apply is here.
If you have some experience in looking after children (including parenting), you may be eligible for a significant discount on your Limmudfest place, in exchange for providing some help in the crèche or nursery. Please see this page for more details, or contact office@limmud.org.
