The Leeds Day Limmud is now less than a month away and the 9th incarnation will be bigger and better than ever before with over 60 sessions on offer. This year, the Leeds team have decided to spice up the Programme strands which consist of:
To whet the appetite of Limmudniks, presenters include Rabbi Naftali Brawer, Lorna Fitzsimmons, Jaclyn Chernett and Vanessa Rosenthal, with the day including sessions on Harry Houdini, Italian Jewish cookery, Jewish mothers, Food in Yiddish song and much more. For the more active and creative participants, there will also be Israeli dancing and the opportunity to create your own mosaic. There will also be jewellery and books to purchase and displays from Jewish Renaissance and the Jewish Police Association.

Weetwood Hall is situated at the junction of the Ring Road and Otley Road in Lawnswood in north Leeds. It is easy to reach and has ample car parking - click here for directions. A maximum of 370 places will be available, allocated on a first come, first served basis. Registration is at 9am, with the first session starting at 10am and the last session finishing at 5.30pm.
