Teenagers in Synagogues: a Relational Approach

Alyth Synagogue's youth and education department have adopted an approach to teenage provision based around building relationships with each teenage member. Used in North America, Jewish Individualised Educational Experiential Plans (JIEEPs), have already had a transformative effect on youth provision in the shul. Come learn how this has happened and how you could run these meetings yourself.
