Organisation: La cucina di Silvia - Cooking for the soul Silvia Nacamulli is an authority on Italian-Jewish cookery. Born and bred in Rome, she is a freelance cook, teacher and writer. She runs her own business, 'Cooking for the soul', and contributes a monthly column in the food section of the Jewish Chronicle. She is currently writing her first book. |

Organisation: Montefiore College A rabbinical student at Montefiore College, Nir Nadav works as a systems engineer. He studied at Yeshivat Kerem B’Yavneh and saw active service in Lebanon and Judea and Samaria during his National Service in the Israel Defence Forces. He lives in north-west London with his wife Jessica and son Netanel Zvi. |

Organisation: Ben Gurion University David Newman is professor of Political Geography at Ben Gurion University in Israel and editor of the journal Geopolitics. He is involved in Israeli-Palestinian research projects and participates in Track II discussions. He is currently the Israeli academic representative in the UK for matters relating to the academic boycott. |

Organisation: Jewish Leadership Council Jeremy Newmark is CEO of the Jewish Leadership Council. Formerly the Chief Rabbi's spokesperson, Jeremy advises government on antisemitism and other issues affecting UK Jewry. He is a member of the Board of the European Institute for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism and joint head of the Stop the Boycott campaign. |

Organisation: The Joseph Interfaith Foundation Mehri Niknam is the Executive Director of the Joseph Interfaith Foundation, a joint Muslim-Jewish organisation. She specialises in comparative Judaism and Islam in the Middle Ages. In 2005 she was awarded the MBE for her contributions to Muslim-Jewish relations in Britain and was made Honorary Fellow at Leo Baeck College, 'the premier centre for Progressive Jewish learning'. |
