Have you discovered Conference yet?

At Limmud events our presenters are participants and come in order to be part of Limmud, not just to deliver a lecture.

You could find yourself sitting next to a world famous Torah teacher as you struggle together with an age-old Jewish text in a chavruta session.

We also want participants to be presenters, and if you've not given a session at Conference before, then think about it this year. If you've an interest in the Dead Sea Scrolls, have explored the history of Jewish film, or want to give a talk on your Jewish experience in China, then visit our programme page for more information and presenter frequently asked questions.

Limmud is also a significant public forum for cross-communal debate on the issues that matter in our world. Journalists and commentators of all opinions participate in open and vigorous discussion on topics including environmentalism, Zionism, social activism, feminism, anti-semitism - but not only isms: politics, war, strife, social experiments, and many other subjects as well. If it's of interest to Jews, you could well find someone talking about it at Limmud. It's a place for artists to practice and talk about their art, to teach it and to learn about it from others.

Some people come to Limmud and don't go to any sessions at all - they come to be here, to drink it all in. Some come to Limmud and go away totally changed.
