- Accessibility at The University of Warwick is good – it’s a compact site, quick and easy to get around, with accommodation and session rooms close to one another; most places on campus are within 10 minutes walk of each other

Getting there
- Public transport
Links are generally good, with regular coach and train services to the area from around the country – so you can confidently consider leaving the car at home.
However, please remember that this is a holiday period – so think about your travel arrangements in plenty of time - Share a coach
We’ll hire coaches to run from London and Manchester, subject to demand. Please check the box on the application form to reserve a place
- Flying
The nearest airport is Birmingham International; East Midlands Airport is 30 minutes travel away, Luton Airport 80 minutes and Heathrow just over an hour and a half - Driving
A couple of hours from London and Manchester; there’s plenty of parking on campus. We're intending to run a car sharing notice board, but it hasn't been set up yet - check back here closer to the time.
Accessibility and special needs
- All seminar rooms have access for people with disabilities and many also have a hearing loop
- We can offer a few adapted single ensuite rooms and double hotel rooms for those with a disability or specific mobility needs. Make sure you tell us as much as you can about your needs on your application form and we'll try our best to meet them
